  • 5. We print and ship after you approve. Existing customers can reorder approved art from their Account.

Custom pharmacy labels are available on the stock styles: ZB & CB Direct Thermal (7 15/16″ × 4″ rolls) and LP, LR, LT and LX laser sheets. Pick the one that matches your printer and pharmacy software.

What art files can I upload?

PDF is preferred. AI, EPS, PNG and JPG are also accepted, up to 15 MB. Vector PDF, AI or EPS files usually reproduce best.

When am I charged, and when does it ship?

You pay online by bank transfer (ACH) or card when you place the order. The order is held: it will not go to press or ship until you approve the plant proof.

How does the proof work?

The Ashland plant prepares a proof of your label and you review it online. Check names, phone numbers, layout and colors, then approve it or ask for changes.

Can I reorder approved art?

Yes. Once your art is approved, existing customers can reorder it from their Account without starting over.
