These terms apply to orders placed with Stat Products, Inc. through this site, by phone, or by email, and to use of this website.

This site sells to pharmacies, nursing homes, and other businesses in the United States. By placing an order you confirm you are authorized to buy on behalf of your business.
We post two prices. The listed price is the bank (ACH) price. Paying by credit or debit card uses a separately posted card price that is 3% higher. Both prices are shown in the cart before you pay, and you choose the payment method. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price for that order. Applicable taxes are added where required.
An order is accepted when we confirm it. Stock items ship in the case or carton quantities shown (minimum order quantities apply). Custom or modified labels are made to your approved proof; please check text, layout, and printer fit carefully, because approved custom work is made to your specification.

We warrant that our labels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will conform to the approved specification when delivered. If they are not, we will, at our option, replace the product or refund its price. That is your exclusive remedy. Except as stated here, products are provided without other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost profits or printer downtime.
Site content, label designs, and images belong to Stat Products or its licensors. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other customers’ accounts or artwork, or interfere with its operation. Your Account access is for your company only.
While this site displays “TEST mode” in the cart, checkout runs in Stripe’s test environment: no real charges are made and no orders are fulfilled. Test mode is for demonstration only and is not for production orders. For real orders during this period, call or email us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
