No. We respond quickly to new order artwork and proofs to maintain prompt delivery. We do require that you fully read and approve your proof as soon as possible to keep your order moving in our production schedule. We want you to have your new labels as soon as possible.

Great question, so happy you asked! All labels go into shipping boxes. All shipping boxes are required to have the Box Maker’s Certificate (BMC) stamped on one bottom flap of the boxes they manufacture. This provides the Maker and geographic location of their production facility. Stat Products has purchased boxes from Volk Packaging in Biddeford Maine for decades. If the product is prescription labels, and they are in a box made by Volk Packaging in Biddeford Maine, they are produced by Stat Products in Ashland Massachusetts. We thank you for your order!

Artwork and printing plates are no charge. We want your order! In addition, we remake your printing plates at the first sign of print quality degradation at our expense. Our mission is to provide your pharmacy with high-quality prescription labels that look as professional as the care your pharmacy provides.
