Shipping
- Freight: ZB and CB direct thermal cases ship freight prepaid. Laser label cartons ship free on orders of 30,000+ labels; smaller orders may include freight, which we will confirm.
- Timing: stock items usually ship within a few business days after payment clears. Bank (ACH) payments typically take 3–5 business days to settle. Custom labels ship after proof approval and production; we will give you an estimate when you order.
- Address: please provide a complete business shipping address. Address corrections after shipment may add cost or delay.
Damaged or short shipments
Please inspect deliveries on arrival. Note any visible carton damage with the carrier, and contact us within 10 days of delivery about damage, shortages, or wrong items, with photos if possible. We will replace or credit confirmed problems.
Returns
- Stock labels: unopened, unused cases or cartons may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval (call or email for a return authorization). Return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, less any outbound freight we paid.
- Custom or modified labels are made to your approved proof and are not returnable, except for manufacturing defects.
- Defects: if labels do not perform as specified — misfeeds, print-quality, or adhesive issues caused by our product — contact us and we will make it right under our limited warranty.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually post within 5–10 business days; ACH refunds typically take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
