Who we are

Stat Products, Inc. (“Stat Products,” “we,” “us”) is a Massachusetts manufacturer of prescription labels and pharmacy supplies, located at 200 Butterfield Drive, Suite D, Ashland, MA 01721. This site is intended for pharmacies, nursing homes, and other business customers in the United States.

Information we collect

Order and contact details you give us: pharmacy or company name, contact name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and order notes.
Payment information is entered on Stripe’s hosted Checkout page. Card numbers and bank account credentials go directly to Stripe and its bank-connection partners; we do not receive or store full card or bank login details. We receive limited details such as payment status, the last four digits, and the payment method type.
Account and artwork data: your sign-in email, company association, approved label art, and order history.
Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting. Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage), and a sign-in cookie keeps you logged in to your Account.

Our labels are blank or customer-printed stock. We do not need or ask for patient information, and you should not send protected health information (PHI) through this site.

How we use it

To quote, manufacture, ship, invoice, and support your orders.
To send sign-in links, order confirmations, artwork proofs, and service messages.
To prevent fraud, secure the site, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
To tell you about products or programs we think fit your pharmacy. You can opt out of marketing email at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business — for example Stripe (payments), our web host (Vercel), our email delivery provider, and freight carriers — and only as needed to perform those services, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and business records, then delete or archive them. We use HTTPS, access controls, and reputable providers, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete your contact information, or to stop marketing email, by contacting us below. Some records must be kept to meet legal or accounting requirements.
